What you need to hand

  • A tape or a steel rule, and enough of the tank drained to get to the divider.
  • The width and the height of the opening in the divider glass, in millimetres, measured twice.
  • Where that opening sits in the glass: in a corner, along an edge, or with glass all the way round it.
  • Your nozzle size and the filament you will print it in.

  • A caliper, or a ruler and a steady hand, for the outside of the hose.
  • The clear space between the hose and the side glass, where the hose comes through the divider.
  • Which side of the corner the side glass is on.
  • The flow figure from the filter box, if you have it.
  • Your nozzle size and the filament you will print it in.
